About

Yury Shirokanov is the Chief Operating Officer at EffectiveSoft committed to maintaining efficiency of business operations. Yury’s career spans over 30 years across numerous projects and positions, from software engineering to managerial and executive roles. As one of the company members who has worked at EffectiveSoft since its creation, he’s played a pivotal role in the company’s accomplishments and continues to contribute to the company’s success.

As the COO, Yury oversees legal and operational processes, implements operational strategy of the company, optimizes business workflows to improve productivity and performance and achieve KPI targets, and ensures sustainable functioning of the company.

Yuri Shirokanov is a Founding Pillar of EffectiveSoft. He has been with EffectiveSoft since day one, starting as the Director during the company’s founding. Yuri is known for making smart, thoughtful decisions and always looking out for the well-being of the team. Yuri’s leadership has shaped EffectiveSoft into not just a successful IT company, but also a great place to work.
