Meet Mikhail Tyuzin, EffectiveSoft’s senior solution architect with over 12 years of experience in solution architecture. He launched his career as a .NET software engineer 18 years ago, but even before that, he showed a lot of interest in programming and IT technologies. Throughout his career, he changed multiple roles within IT organizations before finding himself in a solution architect role, which turned out to be both challenging and fascinating for him.
As a key employee at EffectiveSoft, Mikhail demonstrates in-depth expertise across multiple areas, quickly grasps unique business needs, and helps the company’s teams clarify complex functional and non-functional requirements. He easily translates these requirements into comprehensive solution architectures that cover various aspects of software development, including solution and system designs, cloud architectures, and more. The artifacts Mikhail creates help EffectiveSoft’s teams succeed in their development journey, from project planning to achieving strong outcomes. He also supports our employees by addressing questions that arise throughout development, be it a technical obstacle or a process-related challenge.
