The customer is a privately held medical alert company based in the USA that provides Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) to the elderly to assist them get the help they need, as quickly as possible, in the event of an emergency. The company needed to automate the processes to save time and improve coordination with their partners. Also, integration with other systems used by the company was required.
