Content Development Tool (CDT) is a proprietary web-based workflow solution of EffectiveSoft. It is designed as an authoring tool for content generation, data acquisition and its merging in the knowledgebase.
The paramount desire of the company was to automate and unify the process of content creation for knowledgebases. The company needed a tool that empowered the specialists with diverse expertise and experience to easily perform the tasks, exchange the work done, and trace the content maturity status in a centralized way. The functionality of the tool seemed to be a bit sophisticated. The ideal decision was to have it developed in-house by self-efforts.
The functionality of the CDT covers several modules. Each of the modules is intended for a specific user role. The CDT provides a secure workplace for each user to perform the role-related tasks within a predefined workflow.
